I've only purchased one lobster from a Delchamps about 25 years ago and it was a frozen one--so, I took it home and boiled it with salt and pepper and ate it with butter on the meat----it was good, real good, but I bet folks who eat them a lot know better ways of cooking them like using crab boil or something?
