I'm guessing this song is more than 10 years old because Tata looks like she's in her late teens in the MV. But "Chun Ruk Ter" means "I Love You". Basically, she's been holding back these three words for the guy for a long time now. And now that she's sure he's the one for her, she just wants to tell him that she loves him.
