Hes playing the same type of competition i played half the time in hs, the other, more athletic half of the teams were much more difficult for the to play. Idk where hes playing college ball or who against but I wish this kid the best of luck and hope he finds what hes looking for in the game. I miss organized ball, but u will realize it will be outgrown just like toys, relationships, etc. Just some advice from some guy on youtube so take it how u want to but good luck

he can play, but so could i in hs (07 grad). im a 5'8" 165 white guy from florida, played 2 years of d2 ball in north carolina. a quick first step, a good scoop layup as well as a reverse layup and using your body to shield contact on a defender going thats strait up worked for me in hs, and obv this kid too. we have alot of the same moves, though im more of a set shooter. but against 6'4-6'10 help defenders and 5'11-6'4 guards its MUCH tougher to play your game and get your shots off.
