This is an unmarked pay n spray that was accidently put in the game. In the Xbox version, you cannot enter it, and in the PC version, they removed the sign.
something the same as that happens in the first island... the wall that you smash on the last mission with the truck... well u can smash it at anytime in the game, with any car... you just fall down and then respawn next to it...
you can do that on all the pay and sprays lol the thing i dont ike about san andreas is that the game is so big it lags somtimes and then it does weird shit like the road will turn to water and you will fall thru all kinds of stuff

yes...the bugged pay & spray in LV....i found this aswell but never new it had a gateway to underworld, i fort on LS gym could get u there lol......i better check it out l8r....also on ps2 version. 5*.

You cannot enter it on the PS2 version either. But it maybe only on the greatest hits version Of GTA SA cause there's atleast 3 versions.
