A limit of 4 Doctor visits a year for a minimum of 8 times the the cost... That's the proposed "option" for the 42,000 who are about to lose Adult Basic health-care in Pennsylvania.
Most will not be able to afford that. The emergency rooms will be their primary care. The cost of which will be absorbed by the those "with" health insurance and the tax payers... what else is new!
