This is what NYC is all about, and I wouldn't want it any other way. That is why 2 weeks ago, I completed my 23rd NYC Marathon. NYC. The GREATEST city on the PLANET!!!

i fully agree, if he was a lowely police officer he would be in huge trouble. his rank protects him

that guy was awesome!!!!!!!! I remember him, right after i passed him i was able to push it for the 4 hour finish

What an abuse of authority...if a cop did that with a bullhorn, the brass would be all over him.

Abuse of authority?. He's cheering them on not throwing hot water balloons and boobie trapping the pavement with oil. Jeez.
I knew someone would find a way to be "annoyed" by this, isn't anything safe to be happy about these days?.
