No, the NHL allows the players to get their aggression out with fighting, if they don't they fear the worst as a big ass hit, that could permantly hurt someone or worse.

Sure glad Bettman has put in rules to decrease hockey fights by 60% since he became Commish. The fans just hate this stuff. I can't hear anyone cheering.
