Get a bicycle . it is cheap and so much more healthy for you and the earth. and you don't need insurance. least in England U.K you don't. seriously why would anyone want to sit behind the wheel of a car? and under the roof of the car. look up and see the roof. on a bike look up nad see the sun the blue sky. and at night the moon and the stars. then while you are looking up a car pulls out and over the bonnet/ hood I ended up LOL
Are ya single? I have a 71 chevelle, you might like hanging out, I'm 29 and in the midwest:) Used to be in the AirForce, give me a email back if you'd like to talk.
Well if that truck rear-ended you wouldn't he be automatically at fault? I don't know about the laws in your state, but where I live that's how it is. I would listen to the first comment.
YES! sue your attorneys! youre paying the damn attorney to not do shit, they dont call you back, AND they're suing without your consent. before you sue, i highly suggest you meet with annother attorney with a good reputation and tell them your troubles and see if they are willing to help. but if anything ALWAYS keep original copies of ANYTHING between you and the attorney youre gonna sue.
yeahh i know what you mean the attorney that my family had when we where in an accident btw the car was total and we hardly got any money back i only got like 600 dollars and my brother had like knee surgery and all that he has like 25,000 dollars and the attorney was a piece of shit bc we would gotten more money!but anyways you should sew your attorney and get your money back deff. especially since your under a contract!
I wish I knew what to say, I am in the midst of a law suit due to injury and nothing is being paid for and he never calls, haven't spoken to him in 4 months now and this has been going on for over a year. Im stuck in a pickle too cuz my bills aren't being paid.
My state has the same thing. You contact the news station, tell them your problem, and they investigate the case for you. They usually end up showing up at the culprit's front door and confronting them.
A public defender or investigator at a news station is able to investigate for you, as well as put pressure on companies by bringing the issue to light in such a public manner.
Fire your lawyers and get them for malpractice for negligence. Gather all your legal documents; police reports and info on the other drivers. I'm assuming they have insurance... collect your money for the cost of totaling your car out or take it to a small claims court. This has been drawn out way to long! PS... If you do get a new car and its more than what the settlement is, of course you'll have to make payments on it or pay the diff.
