International Harvester Company (IHC) started in 1902 as a farm machinery manufacturer and began making road vehicles from about 1908.
The farm machinery division was sold off to CASE in 1985 (now CaseIH) and the truck division is now NAVISTAR.

@DominikDrinkhahn It's a pickup truck, built to work. If you look closely you'll notice it's basically a modified horse drawn wagon.

The INTERNATIONAL ("IHC") brand still exists today (now re-organized as "Navistar") and must be one of the oldest surviving truck brands in the world.
Great to see this vehicle actual works and is not just a museum piece.
