anyone who cant find elf in their target: I was quickly browsing through trying to pick up loreal hip mascara (did they discontinue that...anybody know?) and I didn't see elf. The next day I went back more on a hunt for elf and found it hidden under the wet n wild sign. so if you don't see it the first time, maybe try there cause they tricked me! but I am so glad they had it! got the blush bronzer duo and absolutely love them both!
