nice instruction, but i think that is a weak grip. gable grip is much better imo

@nogidavid Gable grip is better in almost every situation. This is one exception. Notice that when you have a Gable grip your arms are roughly at a 90* angle. This, usually inferior grip, locks your elbows at a 45* and makes this choke possible.

@olllHashedFetish ok, but i disagree, i can maintain a gable grip and touch my elbows together and have never had any problem finishing the choke (and amazing blackbelts do it with the gable grip)
