At that point of time they had only 2 albums, where not mainstream through guitar hero, and nobody complained about herman li. At that point of time u would have never heard of dragonforce because it's not ur style of music. But since tehy became mainstream and everybody knows them everybody has to complain aboout herman li just because hes good. I prefere jani liimatainen btw. But li is cool
unfortunately I never have seen them live yet. But I will this year at the wacken open air. And before I have not seen them live with my own eyes im not going to give a statement to what u were just refering to. I just enjoy their music from time to time, cause they really have some great songs like black winter night, heart of the dragon and starfire (u shoudl check out starfire, not typical for dragonforce at all, it's a pretty slow song)
