@Sevana21 I think the reason why everyone compliment Tiffany & Jessica on their English is because they might either not have English as their first language. So it is just automatically fascinating to see their idols speak English much less fluently. Or it could just be out of delight. Since if you speak one language all the time, the other language you learn begins to fade. So people might just be happy they still know how to talk fluently in English.
