Originally released in January 1956. Directed by Connie Rasinski; story by Tom Morrison, and a VERY sparse music score by Philip A. Scheib. Jim Tyer is the key animator. An attempt to feature Little Roquefort's nemesis, Percy, in his own cartoon. Most of this features a carillon from an "outside source"!! In fact, the cue from 5:08-5:53 was later recycled in the Terry Bears' "Baffling Bunnies"!
@fromthesidelines Sparse is right, i nearly thought the traditional Scheib feel wasn't going to appear in the music, then after 4 minutes, the traditional Scheib music pops up, it's that easy to notice,

Is this soundtrack something that was added in for blind children?

@kappappa One of the intended VAs may've wound up sick or something, so they improvised in an odd way.
