Got ran out by all the court stuff they throw on me, can't hold down a job and can't afford rent on a couple hundred a month nomatter what job I get. Tried it, had to move to be with family to help me out. No choice, no option. Sometimes the courts leave ya like that. So I have to settle with phone calls a few times a week and seeing her a few weeks a year.
Cann't hold a job when you have depositions or court appearences a few times a week, just cause she works for the attorney. No jobs understand that. And the courts don't care, and it's her own personal lawyers, one shes married too and the other is her new boss, so they do it for fun. But yeah, it sucks hearing your daughter beg and plea in tears with the stewardess to turn the airplane around, cause she doesn't want to go back to her mom.

Nope, no family or friends or anything where they are. Used to live there. Got ran out by all the court stuff they throw on me, can't hold down a job and can't afford rent on a couple hundred a month nomatter what job I get. Tried it, had to move to be with family to help me out. No choice, no option. Sometimes the courts leave ya like that. So I have to settle with phone calls a few times a week and seeing her a few weeks a year.

Cann't hold a job when you have depositions or court appearences a few times a week, just cause she works for the attorney. No jobs understand that. And the courts don't care, and it's her own personal lawyers, one shes married too and the other is her new boss, so they do it for fun. But yeah, it sucks hearing your daughter beg and plea in tears with the stewardess to turn the airplane around, cause she doesn't want to go back to her mom.

I'm sorry. That must be miserable, and that is just a word. No describing it, huh? I lost 2 children, by death, and the hurt is like nothing ever felt. Your hurt is just as real as mine in the fact you don't get to see her, watch her grow, etc. But, please remember, she is alive, she knows you love her, and just stay strong for your sake and hers. She is alive! I can pick that phone up and call her, I can wait with much anticipation that I will see her again. I can write to her.

Thanks lyra, and yeah I know that, and that's what keeps it real for me. I'm sorry for your loss. That would be very as well. But imagine dropping your daughter off at daycare one morning, and having to leave her there, knowing you won't see her except for a few weeks a year because you have gone too broke and need to go and rebuild. Not because you want to, but because you have no choice, no option left, because of one woman that just up and left for her boss/attorney. OUCH!

Not hard, impossible. I've given up on trying. The hard part is not letting my daughter know it or see it. When she says mommy said you didn't want me, and that if you did want me, you would've fought harder for me so I would live with you. It's hard tiptoeing around that kind of thing. I just wish I had Rockerfellers money so I could live by my daughter, screw kidnapping her, I'd move in next door where ever her mom moved with that money.

he pushed the social worker, slammed his daughter into the suv so fast she hit her head and cried the whole way to their next pick up. the social worker held on to the moving vehicle for several yards as lovely mr rockefeller screamed at the desperate driver he'd paid 1000 bucks to go. read up people.

Odd lovealways, I read he paid the driver $500, and noone ever exagerates about pushing? It's a social worker, they're wimps, if someones between me and my daughter, they'll get more then pushed I'll tell you that, if I want to get to her bad enough! Big deal. And her hitting her head? I haven't read that, and plus who witnessed this? The social worker? While she was hanging on to the back of a moving car? Guess she shouldn't have grabbed on then huh?

Not too mention LoveAlways, the daughter is young, she surely was scared for the time being due to the altercation with the social worker (trying to keep a man from his daughter) I'm sure that had more to do with the crying then an accidental bump on the head. Girls of her age get scared by stuff like that, duh, but they get over it.

He paid the driver $500, not $1000. The girl and her father talked after the escape and she was in good spirits the whole way to the marina.
I saw the interview today on MSNBC with the driver. Stop spreading trash around the internet please.
This woman moved the girl to London, denied the father visitation and even changed the girl's last name. You don't do that unless you are trying to alienate a child from its parent, and that in itself is abuse.
This man rescued his daughter.

I'm really surprised that all the pro-kidnapping sentiments here. again. he's a con artist.and there's reason to believe he's threatened violence on his kid before- that's why after the divorce was settled he still had to have a social worker present during visits. there are plenty of parents with unfair custody agreements who don't execute a meticulously planned kidnapping.

I'll take it as far as I can, but noone will listen, and I've spent over $100,000 on attorneys and am broke now, so I lose, had to sign and give in, it's the way the courts work. Sad but true. Not sure about DCFS but I've tried Oprah etc with my story because my rougher then most, and noone will do a damn thing. I cann't even get in depth on here, because seriously I'm betting on this coming up in court soon for me. And Who will represent me? Noone, and her free lawyers will tear me apart.

lothar76: lol,,,good point. We are not arguing though....I agree with him, not always is it right what the courts decide. The child is always in the middle. It hurts when the dad loves their child and feels helpless in this type of situation.

ebolt007: Check with you State laws. In my State a child can legally state which parent they would rather live with at the age of 12. And if there are not court reason they can't, the courts see to it that it is their right to choose. They can't use anything against you on youtube in a court of law. The reason, you are not using your real name, and no names are being exchanged...(Sometimes, we women can be bitches,,,,but we don't have to be proud of it.)

I have checked and she can when shes 12, but is only 5 so I have quite a ways of hearing her cry and scream not to be returned home, not too be locked in her room, not to go back to mom (who she hates) and yes she gets in trouble for saying she hates her mom even with all the shit I have to put up with. So you can see how a guy can snap and do such a thing as this guy did.

Yeah, we just don't use hate for anything. So when she says she hates her mom I tell her we don't talk like that (kind of gets in trouble for sayin it) and move on. But she hates her for not sharing her with me she says etc. It's just a horrible mess and errily similar to the rockerfeller case. Anyway, sorry for venting on my case and bringin up my baggage. I hope I don't loose more time with her now cause of my talkin. ;op But good luck rockerfeller, I wish I had the balls 2 do what youve done.

ebolt007: I do understand why fathers resort to that. And unless their childs life is literally in danger of being hurt or worse, dying, I say stick it out. Just always be there for them, never let them down, and time sometimes takes care of it. Either way, there is no simple answer. And the children are in a no win situation, by no choice of their own.

True lyra, but sometimes it's too expensive. It costs over $3000 to see my daughter, because my ex won't let her fly with a flight attendent wich would save me $2100. She just knows it breaks me even further. So letting her down sometimes isn't an option when it comes to, where do you come up with $3000 after living on $120 a month due to child support being so high and other necessary bills?

Sad part is, she could care less what it is doing to my daughter and the effects it has on her. She only thinks she is right and is on a power trip and keeps taking more and more. If she reads that I'm posting on here she will take me back to court to take more time from me just because of what I written. Freedom of speech? I get fined and weeks taken away during the summer for simply calling her a b-i-t-c-h over e-mail to which my daughter never knows or sees. It's rediculous!

"Reigh lives with her mother, Sandra Boss, who works in London" just been reading what's on the news. And they did report at one time about how he hadn't seen her for months and had a week "supervised visit" when he took her or something along those lines, haven't seen it since the first few articles on this.

Lyra: So, just like in my case, they can have it supervised for anything. I will probably now have to have supervised visits for posting on here about my case. They will probably fear that since I am posting on here I am a threat if they can prove who ebolt is and give me supervisits since I agree with this guy. Supervised visits are a joke too!!! She has tried that over and over just cause I'd e-mail her and in an e-mail I'd call her a name, and almost had it granted a few times.
