As ALWAYS, the Cadets play just beautifully - and the drill - incredible ---BUT I'm really not to fond of the use of microphones/Pa. systems for competition. It created a great effect and was used quite musically but ....hmmm I don't know..........

@goodwood505 Your school did it based off of them, the reason I know this is because all material from DCI is either original or based upon previous DCI shows, and if it is based off previous material generally it can't be from different drum corps. -__- my school did Frameworks in 2003, after the Cavies did it...

@Bluepies This was one of the highest scoring DCI shows ever with a 99.150, matched only by the Cavaliers in 2002. They won every caption, which has never been done before. This was decided by a group of highly trained professional judges who know what they are doing. When you can play as well as they do and judge as well as the judges do, then you can talk to them about how to do their show.

Plus the vocal solos aren't innovative

They are annoying

This piece is so abstract that it's hard to watch and to listen to. A strange hodgepodge of phrases on the Alice theme. Amidst the chaos-- no one knows what the characters want, what the music is, or if there's a story. The audience claps on auto pilot-- big throw, clap. Big drill move. Clap. Well executed snare riffs, clap. But what's the story here? Much like the entrenched absurd characters in Alice in Wonderland, the crowd can't see the forest for the trees. Loud, clap. Quad, clap.
