  • @jakerocz04 So very wrong!

  • @jakerocz04

Depends on your source, in the movies and comics sure, but not in the cartoon and back of the packaging for the toy itself

  • I love mike. He had the coolest weapons. They were so cool they got banned from the show later on. Mike is the shiznit.

  • Master Yoshi is Spilnter's master

  • He's missing his tail.

  • u know that they made newer one of those a while back that came with ooze

  • I had all four versions of those!

Of course, like everyone else, my mom gave them away.

  • it's generally beleaved by many ninja turtle fans that the age goes as Michelangelo is the youngest, Donatello second youngest, Raphael 3rd youngest, and Leonardo is the oldest.

  • @kris198921 That's accurate, but remember that they were all born at the same time, but in the order you mentioned. So the age difference is only off by seconds, if not minutes at the most.

  • @romevi I heard Leo was 16, and Mikey was 15 and a half. Raph is second oldest, and Don is third oldest. Mikey's youngest.

  • @spideyrockz4ever No, they're all the same age, just older by minutes.

  • i got the released raphael for my 10th birthday i think it was lol

ive still got it too =o

  • I remember getting these things for my Xmas when I was... 4?

I can´t believe I lost ALL their wapons.

I still feel terrible about that.

    Great review man.

  • my favourite was always leo, i think i had one of those, but i forgot who's it was

  • dude your very awesome when i wathched only one of your videos i continued to watch em preety sweet cool

  • I bought the Donatello version back in November 11th, 1994!! Good times!!

  • would you plan on getting the NECA Ninja Turtles set?

  • i actually heard the quality control on em isn't too good...so i'll proably pass on the neca versions

  • okay, would you get the re-released original Turtles figures then, or do you have those?

  • these are the original 80's toys...the neca are very recent

  • yeah but i heard that the original non-mutating 80's figures were being re-released.

  • mastryoshy

  • and they say that beast wars neo "break" is the ultimate shellformer...

  • GOD! i frakin remember the forst ninja turtlescartoon!! thnx fo the nostalgia man! also i did not like the new tmnt show on cartoon network as much as i did the old one! Sweet review.

  • do you have animated Jazz?, u could try to use his weapons; nunchucks(?)

  • good idea

  • i totally had them

  • I love ninja turtles!!! Mikey is my favorite.

  • those bands look closer to pink then orange.

    Seems to fit Paul...

  • i got the new donatello "reissue" mutating turtles...hes pretty cool...basicly the same except a little tiny difference in transformation

  • I just started watching your videos thay are off the hook.

  • thank you very much :) i hope you stick around and watch more

  • Hey this is great figure... I've never seen before... this is a great transformable toy...

and as we are transformers fans... of cours... I like it... Gowabunga!!

  • Thanks for Bringing Me Back Paul! The Transforming Turtles were the coolest! I Had them all! I Wish I could Find Them! :(

    AWESOME REVIEW!

  • dude if you liked this one...wait till you see the others i have coming up :P

  • Dude, I totally remember them, actually I have one... use to have one, I think he was Leonardo (I remember it was pretty beat up and chipped.). Any ways Yes this it a great nostalgic video.

  • Cowabunga dude!!! Totally rad!!!*

*Roughly translated: Great vid buddy!!! Well done!!!

  • haha well done sir :)

  • I had one of those transforming Turtles when I was young. I forgot which one, perhaps it was Leonardo. They were very well done.

  • Wow...dude. I have never seen or hear of this TMNT toy. And I had them all when I was a kid...well, at least until they started going crazy with the different turtles(basketball turtles, etc).

This toy rocks, though. They look just like the ones that didn't transform. I want these now!

  • Wheeljack...Donatello...let me guess, you liked Man-at-Arms, too?;)

  • You are noticing a pattern aren't you? :P

  • Not at all, not at all...;)

  • I have the same one. He's awesome, and basically is a Transformer Crossover before there were TF crossovers, haha. Turtle to ninja Turtle was a fun concept. He also came with a canister of "Mutagen".

  • that's right they did come with the canister...but if i recall...wasn't it just a translucent green thing with nothing in it?

  • Pretty much. It was cool though. I have to find mine. It's one of those things on my "to do" list. Find that thing, and G1 Jetfire's gun...

  • I had a ton of the TMNT toys. Threw them all out when I moved. -_-

  • GOD i love the TNMT when i was Little...i still kind of enjoy them the newer CGI movie was not that bad.. if you ask me

  • actually, i enjoyed the CGI version as well. I hope they make more...

  • OK,I'm sorry I tried not to but i will show just how big a nerd i am. The Splinter was a pet rat of Hamato Yoshi who is a Ninjutsu student, he fell in love with a girl and she was killed by his rival Oroku Saki,in a fight splinters cage was knocked over and splinter attack Saki's face scaring him badly, Splinter found four baby Turtle in the ooze that fell from the truck and it changed them and splinter in to what they are yes i can give a more descriptive but I am out of leters

  • isn't that the history as told in the original movies? The cartoon version i believe is different

  • In the 80's cartoon he was a man turned rat.

The movie I believe is closer to the comics on thier origins

I liked the new cg movie I hope they make more.

    Leonardo Leads

    Donatello does machines

    Rapheal is coolbut rude

    Michelangelo is a party dude

  • I didn't realise these where around 20 or so years ago; I believe they were reissued if that is the case as they had the transforming turtles just in recent years (2005/2006 I think) and came with mutant ooze. Anyway, cool review! Nice to see something different. Not that Transformers are a bad thing...

  • umm nope. I'm almost 30 years old...the date stamp on the foot says 1993...so obvilys...the transforming turtles you're familiar with are the new versions. :P

  • Yea, that's what I mean. There are new versions but I didn't realise the old versions so what I was saying is the new versions may just be reissues (because they look so similar, apart from the belt detailing). By the way, what happened to the Optibotimus Show this week/last week (whichever you want to say)? It hasn't popped up on iTunes or your website yet and I really miss it already! I love tuning in just to listen to it. You and Rodimus are funny! And Pedro... hilarious. Is he really Indian?

  • ohh ok yea i know what you mean. I saw some of the new "reissues" of the transforming turtles on ebay...i had to be careful when looking at them...i had to go by the packaging to be sure i got the originals. As far as the show, thank you very much for listening...this past week we didn't do. Rodimus had some personal stuff to take care of and while he did that..i took the time to take a weekend off and get some of my own stuff done :)

  • Ah okay, that's fine then. No problem on that behalf though. Dude, you guys are awesome so there's no need to thank me. I'm only listening to some of the best material because... it's some of the best material there is. Anyway, I look forward to the next show. Again, great review! I also liked your recent Ultra Magnus (and Scourge) reviews. Whether or not I commented on them, I don't know because my computer has been playing up.

  • Yeah, but these were the 200x era of TMNT.

And since the concept existed as early as 1984...yeah, they can be over 20 years old! And the cartoon was in 1987:)

  • I remember having these ones.

  • God, good memories!

  • Hmm, i know i have a transforming Splinter around here somewhere, purple karate suit, Human to Rat-man. Don't remember much except that he never pegged together well. Transformation was too tight-fitted.

  • i'm looking at getting one of those...so...we'll see how bad they are

  • Was it Splinters fault that they're named after artists?

  • well it wasn't his "fault" haha...splinter named them after his favorite artists...

  • The memories. I wish I still had these.

  • I had (and still do, minus a now missing Raph) all of these when i was a kid (bout 14 years ago.) i still have all their weapons and other accessories but most/all have at least one bit broken be it a turtle mode leg or the side panels. i think Donnie is still mint. great review you have isnpired me to hunt e-bay for a new Raphael.

  • OMG!!! I love these guys, I used to have two of them but I have lost them now :( maybe one day I'll get them again. Great review!!!

  • I feel sooo old!

  • Dam this really takes me back i used to have all of these TMNT figures. i love nostalgia thanks for this video. :)

  • i dont really like TMNT but tyhats actually really cool

  • Nostalgia indeed!!

    I also got some turtles.

In fact I got a mutating Raphael.

With some weapons. (altough don't know if the weapons are lost now...)

  • great review

  • Sweet. I used to have a bunch of those.

  • i had so many ninja turtle things back in the day..it was insane hah

  • Nice little figure. I want one too

  • i want one great review.

  • Great job man.More turtle reviews!.

  • they're on the way sir :)

  • Damn, I remember having the donotello one when I was a kid. Great nostalgia toy review paul.

  • thank you kind sir. Donotello is the one i'm looking forward to doing lol simply cause as i said, he was my fav growing up

  • Oh man, when you moved the arms and the plastic squeaked.... goddamn! I remember these little guys. Think I had half of the cartoon set, and then 3 from the live action movie line.

  • you don't like the plastic squeaking sound? :P

  • Naw, I'm saying it brings back memories of the good ol' turtle days.

  • they are pretty nice. i prefer the original though :)

  • cool

  • "I'm a ninja turtle"

  • Turtles! Ye they rock! Unfortunately i gave away my transforming turtles (splinter to van, donatello to heli raph to plane). They should be crowding flea markets and garage sales. So good luck on collecting them.
