Russia Today. When the BBC and Al-Jazeera english started uploading interlaced videos they listened to me and fixed the problem. What is it you don't understand about interlace? Video for broadcast TV updates the picture every other scan line at a time. Commercial TV's have a comb filter that removes it but the internet does not. Invest in some software that will either deinterlace automatically or let you choose field A or B. Your video quaility goes to hell when there is motion in it.
