CM Punk vs Samoa Joe 2004 > CM Punk vs John Cena 2011. Why? CM Punk and Samoa Joe went 60 minutes not just once, but twice. However the Chicago match brought back wrestling. Also the bad blood between Punk and Joe was legitimate. Even though CM Punk vs John Cena was a great match, it don't top CM Punk vs Samoa Joe. Both 5 star matches for CM Punk.
@fantomx28 That's a lie. I read reviews where Samoa Joe wanted to kill Punk because he thought he was a better wrestler than Joe. Therefore they had legitimate bad blood. You can't have a quality match without real life heat. How do you think Taz vs Sabu worked? What about Macho Man vs Hulk Hogan? What about Raven vs Tommy Dreamer? All the great matches they had involved legitimate bad blood. Without the hatred and anger, there can't be quality matches.

Really need to buy the DVD this match is on. One thing I love about these clips is that it shows how much realism Joe adds to his matches. The way he moves out of the way when Punk goes for the body block. The way Joe counters the rana at ringside and throwns Punk against the railing. He does the stuff that as a fan I always wondered why wreslters didn't do. Punk deserves credit for this as well.

@HarlotEffect93 the effect was to make it different pretty much, and the 2min on the end is a long story, originally youtube cut the last 2 min off my vid so i added 2 min of blak footage in hopes of youtube cutting it off and ending where it originally ended but this time youtube didnt cut anything off and i didnt feel like fixing it because it took like 4 hours to save in sony vegas and another 2 hours to upload to youtube because of the file size
