@hiphop4life24678 Mr hipho b4life 24687 you should just accept hip-hop is BULLSHIT. Blacks/Hiphopers/Negros are not hard they were made slaves, and arses kicked all the way across the Atlantic for white men’s profit Hip hop is expression for that anger. [I disagree with some of what they did to you guys though].
@hiphop4life24678 Actually I sometimes listen to rappers like Run Dmc, LL "radio" or "Bad", Master ACE, Beastie Boys and I don't talk shit about them.
But look at the past 10 years of rap, TOTAL UTTER GARBAGE. Scumbags like Tupac, 50 cent, eminem, etc just criminal scumbags promoting a garbage culture.
Besides assholes like KRS are totally racist scumbags who are best served to shine my shoes.
BTW I am a Musician in a Nationwide act & a DJ with residency
America did not start distributing guns to defend themselves. Companies that still exist today issued guns to kill native indians and round them up on reserves. There was no way to disarm the population so it was made law that white peole can carry guns.
Your right “Nobody can kill HIP HOP” …. Because it was never alive you retard. Saying it is a shit genre is an understatement and would be an injustice to music. All they (hip-hoppers/ rappers) do is degrade the English language and music as a whole.
@larette1176 hiphop is art music artist should be the blame for the message not hiphop, music is neutral and its the artist responsibility to display good or bad messages not the music. music is neutral!

@whiteandarabs Hip Hop/Rap is a horrible culture/genre/culture! Degrading women openly, ignorant chanting, using ebonics which is just the rejection of education, and the huge blame the White Man whine.
Real thugs are not cool, Real thugs are in prison! Why the rapper culture emulates prison is just pathetic.
These rappers in this program claim to be men and masculine but in reality they are just grown boys raised by sexually loose single mothers. NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF!
I don't like how a lot of people blame the violent lyrics on eminem i saw what interview that described him as the bad boy of rap thats not fair he's not or never has been gang affilated he has never sold drugs he has hardly no criminal history cos he swears he's the bad boy of rap give him a break with a lot of rappers doing jail and multiple gu charges etc id say eminems probaryly the good guy of rap

The perceived equality in this American society has been a slow acting poision to the black communities. We have allowed ourselves to be placed in the "Pop Culture Box" once again. It happened in the 1920's with ragtime. In the 30's with Jazz. In the 40's with Swing and Jazz. During the 50's with Blues; 60's motown; need i continue through the decades? We have allowed black culture to be placed in marketing and profits. Just like slavery was a market.
There's some book on Amazon called: The Org 'Biography of a Violent Man'. Not sure how a book can be so violent and still funny at the same time, but it is. They limit it to only a 100 copies a year.

This documentary maker is stupid. or smart because he wants to keep it simple, and off course hype it up by critiquing a genre thats already put in that category by dumb people.
Its like saying im gonna find out why there are lyrics about violence in MUSIC.. stupid.

@rorinda believe me, i've thoroughly looked through hip hop. i've seem most of it and i know what i like. i just have a crude taste when it comes to it
@rorinda i think you're confused. i OPPOSE all forms of hip hop like that. by that i mean soulja boy, lil wayne, drake, jay z, new boyz, etc. by crude, i mean being bluntly violent. brotha lynch hung is a perfect example of my taste in hip hop. look him up and maybe you'll see what i mean. unless you already know him
@jukka4president I'd heard of brotha lynch hung before but I wasn't very familiar with him. I was very impressed with the song meat of his newest album, but most of his music is basically mindless violenece with no real intelligence in his lyrics and relies mainly on shock value and in the documentay hip hop beyond beats and ryhmes its this kind of hyper masculine violence that is harming hip-hop.
It's not black, it's not white, it's not brown - It's green ! And just like any other source of entertainment its primary job is to generate money. There are other out-lets for education, other out-lets for tranquility. Rap is an out-let for aggression, as rock is an out-let for angst. You don't go to club to hear Mozart. And you don't watch a comedy to cry. You don't read Kafka to feel comfortable. There are many forms of entertainment. There are various genres to fill those forms. Accept it
This documentary is not exactly honest because it fails to focus on what the driving forces are behind the scenes of Hip Hop. Some ppl will say it is big money that is driving it,part true, but the whole truth is that the powers that be are using Hip Hop to destroy these young men. Rappers who rap about real relevent issues can't even get a record deal.Today's rap is designed to encourage all of the negative things that leads to violence and self-destruction. I work in a prison i see it everyday.
so, if saying hip hop promotes NO HOMO shit, slappin bitches, and all that (first of all, that is all wack mainstream shit, and YOU , the media make it popular...so dont even go there)
...if you say that..then rock and roll promotes unsafe sex, anarchy, meth, liquor drinkin and property damage..
all homophobic are just stupid... why all these muscle men post half naked and all greased up?? you think only straight men look at those photos? do you think only straight men purchase all these ghetto music/hip-hop rap? posters and all that shit? i just dont understand it... why would you hate bis and queers? its not like they're gonna jump you and all that shit... its mostly straight men/women who rape who kidnaps and do most stupid things? what's wrong with being a queer nor a bi?
in manhood and masculinity Everybody want's to be tough whenever they have a gun or whatever they go to the hoods and show that they are tough for example if i was in the hood next thing i know is i get approached from outta nowhere next thing i know is will they jump or will shoot me or should i defend myself
@MegaDerrick95 That's a sad but true fact Derrick. It's hard to live in a violent setting. trust me I know violent settings. I lived in one for 12 years. I've seen it all my man. It's a frightening setting to live in. You gotta learn to adjust to the situation. It's hard to do. The biggest thing out of anything is to try and get yourself away from that situation before it even occurs. That's my advice for that one homie.
BTW i saw so many similarity of my people with african people in USA. We were slaves too, so thats why history was bloody.
And finally we are last fighters against NWO (or against western imperialism) in Europe. So hate us, and believe in euro-american propaganda who works against us.
@kruger97 Ok u are tipical serbofobic, but u hate and islamic countrys, becouse they hangin faggots on the tree, and trows stones on immoral women, just like that, they are worse than we. BTW in our second Motherland Russia, they banned all gay parades, u will never see that gay shit in Moscow.
Why do you western people can not accept other people's cultures and laws ???
Why are you all the xenophobist and racist ? Im Christian, but im not your Catholic or Protestant. Our church support us !
@kruger97 U hate us, Serbs, aint nothin new from people from UK, no matter that u are not realy english. But u support western imperialism, oh yeah so many Muslims do that.
But we love Iran, president Ahmadinejad supports our national politics, and he is against independence Kosovo. Before two years watch?v=LwF1ApXDa5M we burned usa embassy, and that is gift for our iranian frend and all friends who fight against NWO and western imperialism. No love for the other side !!!
@Gambinotubee man fuck you, you serbs are animals... 8000 men and boys in once single massacre... we accept ur culture, but somehow u wanna kill us muslims cuz we wont be a part of your shitty yugoslavia...
@GrimmjowProduction man fuck you, you bosnjaks are animals... 8000 men and boys in once single massacre Bratunac... we accept ur culture, but somehow u wanna kill us Serbs cuz we wont be a part of your shitty Bosnia...
@Gambinotubee hey. dont you understand, that there is no "stability" in culture, but culture is something that DEVELOPES?! there was much homophobia in the US, in europe and elsewhre, too, some time ago, and, there still is, in some, more subtle way. you say "fuck race", but you are proud of being "SERBIAN"?! thats a contradiction!
@Gambinotubee Why can't you accept other people based on who they are? Oh yeah, because you are fucking stupid and base all of your arguments and beliefs on societal norms,
you don't think outside the box. And last I checked, everyone but Serbia hates Serbia.... no one gives a fuck about your backwards country.
@Gambinotubee u a straight bitch nigga! let me find u in ova there dawg ima fukn put hot steel in yo muthafukin head nigga FUK U! im albanina from kosova n wat tha fuk u fukn serbs did to us was fukn bullshit nigga i swear to GOD let me find u ima torture ur ass slow nigga for wat u faggots did to my fam nigga FUK U! com holla at me nigga any muthafukn time faggot i live on 100 SOuth Baron ST. compton cali nigga FUK U
@Gambinotubee bitch nigga... im sayin u a bitch mad nigga faget n if i EVER see u ima shoot u in da fukn head... lik u fukn shka's did ta ma family in kosova. mothufuka dont u kno ur own fukn history nigga... dumbass nigga stay at ur spot if u ever come round to america nigga u gon see wtf tru gangstas look lik bitch
@blahblah2973 when americans gone home, we will destroy your fake country, and all terrorist and criminals. But you are safe there in USA. Don't worry, now u are american, you are so far from us. On other side maybe americans become our friends again, in that case we will destroy your fake county again. Don't worry u are so far from war, u are their bitch now.
@blahblah2973 oh i forgot, i will never come to america, maybe i never come across our serbian border, but i will come to our Kosovo, and do it again, and again and again.
Kosovo is Serbia. American support is not forever, they are like mafia, who pay more they do it for him.
wow its funny cuz even tho this came out in like 03-04 its' pretty irrelivant to hip hop today in 2010 now it aint about guns n all that shit but still its still bashed
It takes a real man to be himself, and not care what others think about it. Real men don't imitate others. All men are not killers and thugs. There are REAL killers and thugs out there. But, every man wasn't meant to be that way. And men shouldn't be around here imitating "special cases" like that (LOL). Just be yourself. You're the only "you" in the universe. Be it!!
Dr. Dyson shows some introspective into the male psychy. That is, we all as males wish to become great and to achieve greatness through our spoken words, actions, and obstacles overcome in life. I like this vid thanks for putting it on i purhased it from PBS after watching it on youtube. It is a MUST BUY for ALL WHO LOVE HIP HOP RAP AND HEARTFELT MUSIC in general.
I have to admit..I mistreated women in my life verbally but it had nothing to do with Hip Hop..I never saw my Father do it either to my Mom..This was something due to my own venomous negilgence over the years.I need help for it.I will do something about it,before I lose people who are important for me.
All of it is misguided. Not just hip hop. All of Hollywood. We raise our children in a country that takes pride in the FACT that we stole this land from the natives. We celebrate the holidays taught to us by oppressors. How any1 can expect to gain an understanding of why and how we should live our lives without first searching 4 the answers is nothing short of foolish/irresponsible.
WORD!!! It is BEYOND imbecilic how way too many UNQUESTIONABLY think freedom can only be gained from half-ass pieces of paper written and signed by slave-owning southern planters (instead of from WITHIN), how it is "correct" to name an indigenous people after a country 5,000 miles east, that holding up the "explorers" who "discovered" them were "navigational experts" and "fathers of exploration", and other such "knowledge", "truth" and "education" is beyond me. The MatriKKKs is strong.
@robeau23 my friend's kid was watching one cartoon, and it that cartoon it showed native americans as demons, one native american character was a demon with feathers and was telling kids, "Get off my LAND!!!" and in kids saved the day and destroyed the native american demon! Now that's fkd up!
@worIdcitizen from that I saw that europeans (kids) went to Americas and colonized, when Natives ("demon") claimed "Get off my Land!" the Europeans (kids) destroyed the Natives ("demon"). It is a smooth way to brain wash and indoctrinate American kids, future citizens and future consumers!
@robeau23 I appreciate that comment because he's right. We took the holidays. Understand however, If you think the media or Gov't is really going to talk about how we celebrated certain holidays then we wouldn't celebrate them.

Accept it

I hate that people make it seem like hip hop is the only genre obsessed with money and women. Rock music is like that as well sometimes!
youngatheartgirl 1 year ago
This documentary is not exactly honest because it fails to focus on what the driving forces are behind the scenes of Hip Hop. Some ppl will say it is big money that is driving it,part true, but the whole truth is that the powers that be are using Hip Hop to destroy these young men. Rappers who rap about real relevent issues can't even get a record deal.Today's rap is designed to encourage all of the negative things that leads to violence and self-destruction. I work in a prison i see it everyday.

so, if saying hip hop promotes NO HOMO shit, slappin bitches, and all that (first of all, that is all wack mainstream shit, and YOU , the media make it popular...so dont even go there)
...if you say that..then rock and roll promotes unsafe sex, anarchy, meth, liquor drinkin and property damage..
and country music promotes shit kicking.

Im white man from Serbia (southeastern Europe) so im not your white man from USA, im first of all SERBIAN, so fuck any race.
Homophobia is part of our culture, we do not throw stones at women like some Muslims, but we are so far from western europe and usa homotolerance.
Look first and last gay parade in Belgrade :) watch?v=nUOH7nrVfys
it was fuckin war, becouse we are conservative people.
Do not try to make something from us that we can not be, fuck EU, fuck NATO, we know who we are.

KlaasKlar 1 year ago
@Gambinotubee Why can't you accept other people based on who they are? Oh yeah, because you are fucking stupid and base all of your arguments and beliefs on societal norms,
you don't think outside the box. And last I checked, everyone but Serbia hates Serbia.... no one gives a fuck about your backwards country.

Be it!!

All of it is misguided. Not just hip hop. All of Hollywood. We raise our children in a country that takes pride in the FACT that we stole this land from the natives. We celebrate the holidays taught to us by oppressors. How any1 can expect to gain an understanding of why and how we should live our lives without first searching 4 the answers is nothing short of foolish/irresponsible.
robeau23 2 years ago 38
The MatriKKKs is strong.
chj2 2 years ago
@robeau23 my friend's kid was watching one cartoon, and it that cartoon it showed native americans as demons, one native american character was a demon with feathers and was telling kids, "Get off my LAND!!!" and in kids saved the day and destroyed the native american demon! Now that's fkd up!
worIdcitizen 1 year ago
@worIdcitizen from that I saw that europeans (kids) went to Americas and colonized, when Natives ("demon") claimed "Get off my Land!" the Europeans (kids) destroyed the Natives ("demon"). It is a smooth way to brain wash and indoctrinate American kids, future citizens and future consumers!

@robeau23 I Agree 100%

@robeau23 I appreciate that comment because he's right. We took the holidays. Understand however, If you think the media or Gov't is really going to talk about how we celebrated certain holidays then we wouldn't celebrate them.
