Wrong. I was at every home game in 2008 and only 2 needed bailouts. Carolina & Houston, both were under 1,000 so they would have sold out prior to game time. And they will not be relocating. LA will have the Raiders back by 2011.

They never had 64,000 in the building during the 08 season. There were several bailouts to avoid blackouts.
This is the lowest revenue team in the league for years.
They are going to relocate in the next 5 years.
