I have the 2710p....piece of crap. Slow, the battery will no longer charge after wow......11 months. Used very little, and primitive charger cable and plugs in strange orientations.....boo! Got a macPro and so far superior in every way.....

hello, I recently got this one, but the orientation button/pen hole does not work (in tablet form). The one for del/alt/ctrl works. Do you know if I have to change any setting to make it work? thanks

the 2710 is 10 times better! but it is also more expenisive. the tx1000 is cheaper but not so good, (in the tx1000 the mouse is a problem to work with, alot of freezing in touch pad and the list goes on...) if u have the money go with the 2710p

Get tx2000 upgraded version instead

one significant drawbacks is (5.5lbs) about 3lb heavier than 2710p.
