I am a bit behind on smallville, but on the whole batman thing, bruce wayne is probably still round the world training up at this point! plus he is a far darker and deeper character these days so unless it was a one off darker visit to gotham special, i dount it would work with the slightly more colourful world of superman!!

Hmm, sadly I wouldn't count on it. Ghough and Miller said that was one character they would never introduce int he Smallville series. Then again, that was when Ghough and Miller called the shots, and they no longer do that anymore, so who knows.

It's just the opnion of some of us :) I think the main reason we hated her was because of the person she had become during s5. She used to be sweet, innocent, and she changed into this cruel, whining "i'm doing this for you, for us Clark" person who desperately wanted to be a superhero as well. She wasn't suited for a life like that.

In the season 7 finale, he was with Clark in the Fortress, and it collapsed. Clark survived, but Lex went missing. Later he was found, he was hooked up to all kinds of machine to keep him alive, and he had a computer talking for him. He was later killed by Oliver.

The producers of smallville sed that lex isnt technically dead as his is the comics and will become superman greatest enemy. They want 2 bring back Lex but it all depends on the actor that played lex who is micheal rosenbaum

Lex Luthor had to be killed off (I think) Because the actor Michael doesn't want to do any more season. It was the same with Lana... they both signed off but i guess she is only supposed to come back once in a while.

Actually, Lex isn't dead. Don't know if you saw the latest epi, but it ends with a bald man who is being kept alive trough all kinds of machines and stuff. It was Lex. Not Michael Rosenbaum, but iwas supposed to be Lex. I think MB will return sometime this season

Lex was with Clark in the Fortress in the last episode and the Fortress collapsed. Clark was found, but Lex was never recovered. Lana left Smallville, Kara went to the Phantom Zone and Lionel was murdered.

Lana was put into a catatonic state by Brainiac. When she woke up again, she decided to leave and left Clark a video message, in which she said that the world needed him more than she did. She will return though.
