@tboltssf It's a piece about unrequited love and Duncombe is no less entitled to pining after some matron than Horace was after Ligurinus, and putting it into verse. But if one should care to make a fuss over such dross, I think D.'s rendering lends more dignity to same-sex love than this petty fit over political correctness of our day.
