will this help me with overhead squats and snatch flexibility because my flexibility is terrible for overhead squats, my shoulders simply can't stay above/behind my head :S But great vid for rack position :)
fantastic flexibilty. being so limber with that amount of muscle/lean mass is pretty amazing. every single one of mr. Cotter's videos has helped me in my development and training. humbly thankful.
I had a hard workout and my shoulder (deltoid) was killing me. No one had any stretch ideas for me but your tutorial will help with my problem..one of them anyway.
i've never been able to do this move, first I thought it was because I was too fat, but even after I lost weight, couldn't do it, towel idea is a great help
Thank You Steve.... I had no idea I was as inflexible as I am. I might be flexible in certain areas of my body, but my shoulder girdle is very tight right now.... I will do this often.
Thank you Mr. Cotter for putting out these videos. Golden advice. I've been practicing the hard style training with kettlebells but feel like I could benefit from soft style as well.
