Two things I hated about this show

1. In order to watch it again, you got to go and watch the entire thing again (cause its so good)

2. Before they kill a certain character (Such as Ralphie) they dedicated an episode to making you want them not to die.

Also, they aren't all sociopaths. But they are all psychopaths. Bobby wasn't nearly as psychopathic as the others. In fact Bobby's most psychopathic characteristic is that he is okay with everyone else being a psychopath.

In Season 3 (I think) Big Carmine and Tony were "planning" on killing John and they have a number of scenes where you like John. Christopher killed his sponsor because he knew too much, in fact he killed him for similar reasons Tony killed Christopher, they were both addicts and could not be trusted 100% of the time. Even when they kill Phil they show him with his family, but it was nothing compared to Ralphie's episode. They even dedicate an episode to Jackie Jr.

Ralphie might have been a prick for killing that girl for no reason (none of them are any better though, they're all sociopaths); but he was hilarious, and made the show more interesting in almost every scene he was in.
