Patent Office has NEVER had to prove that an inventio works, or that the description makes sense. It is EASY to get a patent, I've seen speaker designs patented when nearly every driver manufacturer had already been producing the same design for years!! Who cares if it is has a patent. People are spending huge amounts of money and solar. Why wouldn't they want one of these? Just make it, sell it and they will buy it. The draw back is taxes.
