I don't agree with the less potenial part - every person has potenial, there is plenty of support out there and it is given but then they throw it back in the faces of people that give it to them. A vicar who had an out reach center for trouble teens walked out in the street to see if he could help anyone, the boys he had been helping were rioting and looting...doesn't that tell you something about these people?
