You had proposed as an argument that I can't prove god doesn't exist and I pointed out that the burden of proof is on the person making the claim, not the person asking for evidence. Look up "the burden of proof". It's clear you are not well versed in dialectics, study up and you probably won't bother continuing this. Start with "logical fallacies" and then take any argument for a specific god and you'll find that they all fall under one or more fallacies, thus they are not logical.

You may have seen the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove with pastor Dr. Robert Schuler. It was one of O.C.'s first "Mega" churches.

Imagine 750 square miles of upper-class neighborhoods with churches every other block. Their parking lots are full of Bentleys, Porsche's, Lexus' and Mercedes', and the church is full of greedy, rich hypocrites who are all trying to buy their way into heaven.

Sounds a lot like O.C. I used to go to O.C. Atheist monthly meetings at the IHOP next to John Wayne Airport. There was about 30 to 40 people there, and half of them were either from UC Irvine or Cal State Fullerton. And this was in a county of 4 million people!!

So if you ever make your way to Disneyland and drive in the surrounding neighborhoods, you're in Jesusland!

Good I liked it, I feel compelled to add that to date I have never worked side by side with a woman who made less than I was making. I of course have not worked every job so the possibility maybe that someone is actually not paying the same to women doing the same job as men.. But who? and why have they not been sued out of business is todays society?

I think a bigger problem is the things men in positions to make hiring/promotion decisions still say in private, as if they just walked off the set of Mad Men. As long as that's the case, feminism still has a lot of work ahead of it.

I do want to add, I agree with feminists, I think that people are people regardless of gender.. I was asking a real question who is doing the descrimination and why are they getting away with it.. I however do not believe the argument that since a man didn't pick a woman for promotion means that he didn't because she is a woman. I think that is more speculation rather than fact, I think we need to base arguments upon fact not upon conspiracy theories.. which is the GWB 911 is all about.

My comment was based on first hand experience, not conspiracy. As a male, witnessing it happening before my eyes in the workplace. Which is why I do agree with you that we have to base arguments on fact. I would argue that it's doubtful women can be considered equal in a workplace if they are seen as falling into three simple categories such as a. doable b. frigid c. lesbian.
