@goveganbunny when done right, Bikram yoga is actually very good for your joints, muscles, tendons, etc. In fact, if you have problems with them, this is the yoga to do since the classes are traditionally done in a hot room. Most joint injuries occur because people do not stretch properly before participating in sports, weight training, etc. You'd be surprised what they're capable of, without injury, when properly stretched and taken care of.

Mrs. Matthews, you are the real and only goddess of beauty , strength and flexibility. I have seen a lot a contortion, yoga , miss elections, ....etc. in my life , but this demo is the absolute Maximum .
