  • 3:20: Arggghhhhh! Girl, I bet you will never sprain anything in your life!

  • WOW!!! What a hot looking yoga body she has.

  • 1.49 imagine her running into the camera like an exorcist LOL

    just joking

i wish i could do that!

  • avatar

  • WOW!!!!

  • hot

  • haha leave it to the west to take something like yoga and make it into competition.

  • @Kberiotwhn Bikram is from India, this is his style of yoga and he believes in competition in practice.

  • @medusasmaid Yes but Bikram also makes a lot of money from his practice. So extensions to that business like competition are natural for him, but not really a part of yoga I think.

  • 1.49 nice

  • tripod?

  • At some point I felt sick!

  • She obviously was either a dancer or gymnast

  • 1:50 & 2:35 -> Siege mode engaged.

  • ow, ow, OOOOOWWWWWW! wish i could do it.

  • Che bel corpo, che fermezza dei movimenti, che potenza, che agilità. Sembra tutto così semplice...!

  • Que maravilla de cuerpo...!!!!

  • Gosh she makes it seem so easy!! XD

  • Wow!! Amazing!

  • owie! that cant be good for the knees!

  • @goveganbunny when done right, Bikram yoga is actually very good for your joints, muscles, tendons, etc. In fact, if you have problems with them, this is the yoga to do since the classes are traditionally done in a hot room. Most joint injuries occur because people do not stretch properly before participating in sports, weight training, etc. You'd be surprised what they're capable of, without injury, when properly stretched and taken care of.

  • @Amarianee Yea after I started Bikram yoga my body felt so much better. I was always so relaxed and I lost a lot of weight. I was in a sport that required flexibility and this definitely helped.

  • 2:39 looks like the most painful thing I've ever seen! Long way to go!

  • @clintcott she wouldn't be able to do it that smooth if that was painful

  • very fantastic!!!

  • What is the song playing in the background?

  • ouch!!

  • that makes sense that she was a dancer. her hyper-extension, her pointed feet, the use of lower stomach muscles and chest breathing all comes from ballet. these same positions are a dancer's daily routine and strength.

  • amazing and beautiful. so graceful. but I'm curious- at this point, is she even feeling the stretch???? wowzers

  • so graceful and controlled and relaxed at 4:40

  • fantastic!

  • she was a ballerina with the Kirov.

  • LOL... that final backbend, i can't even go that deep going forward.

  • 5* !!

  • Mrs. Matthews, you are the real and only goddess of beauty , strength and flexibility. I have seen a lot a contortion, yoga , miss elections, ....etc. in my life , but this demo is the absolute Maximum .

  • stunning and fluid...I wonder how much advanced flexibility training she had prior to yoga, such as gymnastics, dance, etc.

  • SO BEAUTIFUL
