I have been doing Hip Hop Abs for only 3 days, eating healthier, and I have lost 5 pounds in only 2 days. I have been taking pictures EVERY day, and measuring myself as well everyday. I will be uploading my video to youtube soon.. I have a video of myself before, middle, and after! :) It works... But I also used Ab Circle Pro, as well... So it's a mixture.. so when he was talking before 0:39 it was his "fat time"
why is it that after 0:40, its the EXACT same voice, and interpreting that its the fat guy talking
