  • Please define low-calorie! Today I had 3 tbs spoons of peanut butter (no additive or sugar), one banana, a can of salmon with green peas, steak with lettuce and a tomatoe. A total of 1400. Is this low-calorie? Is it enough calories? Did I feed myself properly today?

  • Hello had you ever considered the Acuspeed 24 Diet (just google it)? I hear some extraordinary chatter about it and my sis lost lots of fat with it. 

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
