haha everybody really has their own way of spinning it to their own rythm. for example i have broken my right hand in serveral different places so i can't do it on that hand for a while but my left has only broken the pinky so i rotate it between what u call slots "A" and "B" repeatedly. i can also do the immitation all u need is practice!

I dont have it down.... i just started today... but it seems to me like its very important that you center your grip on the stick before you start (mid stick.. not where you;d hold for playing).. also... it might help to put a mark on the stick and keep an eye on it as you spinn and make adjustments..

I find the fake spin much harder... it's difficult tu keep the drumstick in place while you're moving your fingers.. also I can't quite get the stick to look like it's spinning.
