Great vid ... but there is something i didn't get, how does the invariant chain gets cleaved? from where did the proteases come from, and how do they become activated ?

@WatchOut20Me the endosome containing MHC II is full of enzymes, which are responsible for both activation and degradation of the invariant chain.
