yah i heard everything and it was wicked i was walking to walgreens and got very wet a lighting almost struck me

That was a goodnight. I was out and about at Broadway and Irving heading home when it hit.

haha goodtimes, i was living in logan square when this happened. my lights were flickering and cops on our block were telling us to take cover. we get a bad storm every year, wonder how bad this one is going to be =)

Camera stability could have been better, but I like the overall coverage. Plus you recorded when the tornado sirens were going off. Way cool.

I lost power for 10 hours...it sucked. But I dont think it was bad as the 2007 storm.

i lost power for 22 hours in munster indiana. i think we were the only people without power in the 2007 storm. this one was way worse

@Jenzo101 I heard that. I actually thought that 2007 storm was going to produce a tornado. I was scared out of my pants. We are lucky here in Chicago.

i was working on the south cargo ramp at ORD... we had american airlines containers flying all over us, and lightning stikes like 5 feet away.. damn they are loud... lol on the "we are right...here" part....
