"Insomniatic" isn't an actual word. The girls made it up and derived it from "insomniac" which is someone who has trouble sleeping. Aly and AJ defined insomniatic as "A state of mind where one becomes addicted to the deprivation of sleep caused by an epic revelation of joy."
