I totaly agree with you man. The electric prunes are one of my favourite psychedelic band and nobody really knows them. Im only 20, I never live the reel psychedelic area but I fucking love this band. They are so uniques, Mass In F Minor is the best one for me. But the great banana hoax is a pretty song too ! Moreover I love the clothes they are wearing on this movies !!!
Mass in F Minor is really a David Axelrod record - almost none of the real Prunes play on it! It's still a very good record. I think nearly all the best of the REAL Electric Prunes stuff was collected on the Edsel Records' "Long Day's Flight". Although it's missing some good stuff from the original "Underground" LP.
I am only 16 and I fucking love this band and song!
