@ThatGuyInAmerica It's linear, you don't have any choice or secondary quests. The level design doesn't matter. CoD is linear + corridors.

@sam23696 It's fully working but the mod is a linear fps like crysis, so you won't have to dial anything on it. It's not an open world.

The food system is almost 3 years old, it has been strongly improved this year.

Read the title, this is only a concept in this video. We needed the food to add only a little bit of health to show the effect on the health bar.

I see stargates in quite a few of your videos as well as their DHD's. Can you dial into another gate using the DHD? I'd love it if you could do something like that. When you learn about a new gate, you write down its location and all the systems required and in what order. That way, when you find another gate, you can look in your journal and dial into any gate you've discovered using the coordinates you've written down.

hmm.. i see that u get helth for food,,

But in real life u get energy from food and helth from energy. It would be better that u get +helth depending on how many energy u have, and energy get down because u get hungry. so if u are very hungry the helth dont get +. insteat get doewn.

Indeed. But i think that health and energy, in the game, are the same thing (the red bar). Food give you more red bar (Energy/health, the same thing). When you get hurt -> less energy. No energy -> death. It's simple. The game will be too difficult, if you have to count calories (health + stamina + energy), and deal with injuries that removes directly health (blood quantity?).

I think having the enemies look for food once in a while would be interesting and would potentially keep players on their toes. Of course you'd have to have eatable objects close by in a house or something, or else you'll see a mass migration of soldiers from villages into the jungles à la an even more insane version of Pol Pot.

I think it would be ridiculous to see jaffas eating melons during a fight. :) And no need to eat when you have full health because it's a cure.
