i have the the eaton m90 supercharger and i have a 97 mustang body it was given to me by my dad to restore it he had a mustang 3.8 with the supercharger on it but now he is gone and i dont know what i should do if i should buy a 5.0? which is 225hp from a 95 or 3.8 from a a 99 190hp ? or a 2002 4.6 with 256hp? if so can i install the supercharger into any of these engines ?? or is it only for the 3.8 ? and is it a lot of work ?? if anyone can help plz btw haters suck you got a bad ass car

I've always heard the 7.5 will hold up to 300hp. The roots will not give you this much, so your ok. Mine held up for awhile, but it failed because the installers did not tighten the pinion nut. It has been holding just fine since, plus I use slick at the track with no problems.

Where are you getting the 14.4 from. My best time is 13.43@104.83mph. I think that is good considering its the stock 3.8L block, rods, pistons, 7.5 rearend and an auto with stock torque converter. And also full wieght plus subs and amps.

Ricer........no 350z stock is going to run low 12's to high 11's. And sorry your car does not look like a car that runs low 9's to high 8's....maybe in the 1/8th mile.
Maybe 300 at the crank, at the wheels considerably lower. your car ran even with an srt4 no way you would hit a 9 in the quarter mile, you would be lucky to hit a mid 12 on a good day. you look like a tool in your video too

And eaton M90 super charger swaps are low cost performance option compared to a vortech super charger.

its a m90 from a thunderbird super coupe the swap works only if you transfer the heads and the rest from the tbird and it has to be single port. 99+ have Split ports and you have to down grade to use the supercharger. you still get some extra power around 200RWHP but a shit load of tq around 300RWTQ
If the m90 came off a 89-93 Supercoupe T-bird, then I think it's a generation 1 or 2 m90 s/c, which requires you keep your motor singleport...but you can still make badass power.
I have ported/polished heads and intake. A 75mm TB, 80mm MAF, Massive intercooler, 3:73 gears and T-lock, 2-1/2" Borla duals with x-pip/w cats, 15% overdrive pulley, HD built auto trans. Its the stock short block. The car at the time of the vid had 1-3/4" shorty header and has 1-3/4" long tubes now. Also it had a broken pinion gear in the vid that I did not know about till later. Dynoed at 264RWHP and 340RWTQ, best 1/4 mile time is 13.43@104.83mph.
It is single, I am guessing this becuase they don't make an intake manifold for a split port to bolt a M90 to it, insead they build an adaptor plate for the split port to bolt a M112 on it.
That run was with a broken pinion gear, that I did not know I had. My best time is 13.51@101mph. I need a converter, 60' times suck. That was an '05 GT that I raced.
you v8 guys need to show some love. after all, the reaction time was slow and he still pulled away from the gt....
