Well, they didn't tell us much about anything. It was all shrouded in secrecy. Add to the fact that the administration could have prevented it, and the many many times they lied to the American people... Why shouldn't we question what they told us?

What a good idea. Who cares about these petty social issues, like gay rights, abortion, gun rights, etc. These are petty issues. Tackling more important issues will propel the nation forward.
