If you're allergic to asprin or don't feel safe about using it try black soap and baby lotion. They cost maybe $2-$3 each. The soap is completely natural and can be found in most supermarkets (walmart/target/kroger\etc.) And the baby lotion is a thin/effective facial moisturizer. It evens tone, cures acne (FAST!), moisturizers skin.

Thanks for the tip. I've never used an aspiriin mask, but I wanted to add that it's generally recommended to use *uncoated* aspirin since it usually takes a lot less time to melt than the coated aspirin. I agree with the idea to check with your doctor and/or parents first.

the aspirin only serves as an anti-inflammatory and there's no way it can kill the pathogens that cause the acne..

hormones---> increase oil + dead skin cells + pathogen = ACNE

try anti-inflammatories along with daily exercise. i eat coconut oil, raw egg yolks, fish oil pills and a multivitamin and i workout everyday. all i wash my face with is water and it glows because it is healthy from the inside out

If your skin was a bit dry, you could also use pure honey as a binding agent, since honey is a natural moisturizer.

you shouldn't do this everyday, just once a week.

no matter what age u are u can use the aspirin mask (unless u are allergic to aspirin,then don't use it), for each person only use it once a week or twice a month. then use a sunblock moisturizer (spf 15 or higher,the higher the better) if u leave the house

I must stress the back never to put it under ur nose. I found this out the hard way lol. Once it drys it turns into powder and u start snorting it and sneezing like a mother lol. I aviod my nose now lol.

What's Aspirin powder? I usually crush the pills into a powder...is that what you mean?

you can do it that way or you take aspirine powder directly, in germany we have these tablets OR powder...maybe it's easier to take this powder... but if crushing the tablets works, you can also take the tablets. i thought your problem is that the tablets don't become that small...what ingredients do you take for your masks?

your using coated, I use coated too. Just make sure to make it into a fine powder its really easy if u smash it with the bottom of a glass. It's just harder to make a past because its coated.

the reason asprin helps acne is because an ingredient in asprin is salycilic acid!
