Great song but why did no one back in the day realise that the same song was being released over and over again with different lyrics and slightly different tempo???
@Scottles293 if you dont got anything usefull to say then why dont just shut up? its so annoying to see people only write "mafia 2" it was okay the first 400 times but now its annoying

@Himmeppie, Don`t be hard on yourself. I was born in the 40`s and grew up with Fats Domino music and others of that era. You are right those were the best of times. But just as times change when you are older these times will be your memories that you will look back on as being better. Todays times are the good old times of tomorrow. This will always be. It`s human nature.

I think that's Ron Howard, the movie director, in several of those photos, when he was a teenager. I was in High School when Fats Domino hit the charts. Love his music. Yes, that was an era to be remembered! Thanks AK47bandit! It's great to hear the original versions. :-)
Im only 22 and I love Fats Domino's music. I never have been much on the new stuff. I love old music from the 50's to the early 90's. I dont know why, I guess cause its actually music. I also remember sitting in the floor of my grandfathers house looking through all his records as a kid. Great Music
Fats Domino was the bomb! He had so many hits! I broke up to this song. I was 15 and thought my world was ended. Now I don't even remember her name! Great song!
Haha, Harrison Ford is just a kid (roughly 30) in :49. Pre Star Wars. Now he's like 70. I can hardly believe that. I fell in love with him from Star Wars. Still have that crush today.
@alanseago Woow thats really amazing, no lie!! I honestly wish i was born in the 50's. That's when dancing and music was everyones hobby right? Ohh dear lord! lol you're very lucky =]
Reminds me of my childhood...but I'm only 20. grew up with this music anyway! Reminds me of when my mom would have the radio on an oldies station, and I'd dance around the living room! haha!
I'm 15 and absolutely love 50s music. A friend of mine met Fats Domino once and didn't know who he was, but his grandmother did and he was with her. I'm so jealous of him. That would've been amazing to met him.
I heard this on an advert selling Rock n Roll CDs and fell in love with it. The part where he says "Aint that a shame, my tears fell like rain" reminds me of the Alley Cat from "The Aristocats"
DoctoTron (the dip shit) your one of those douche bag people who shoots off your piehole with no thought process involved, go climb back under your rock and rot.
Yea, your right, sorry its just that I was annoyed cause I had just had an argument with someone who said that music is good if it charts, and she said she hates music more than 10 years old. She was obviously wrong, and shes dumb anyway, so that says it all, lol.
I totally feel. It's funny that she won't listen to music over 10 years old, because for me, anything LESS than 10 years old is about the point where my musical knowledge fades out completely. Long live the classics!
