No it is only the desktop you are using at the time as far as I can tell. Nice name for a distro though, it'd be a bit bloated though. Can't see why you'd install all those desktops though.
no. Ubuntu with kde is ubuntu. kubuntu is something else, one of them stupid decisions they make from time to time. But hey, ubuntu users can have kubuntu with gnome, xfce e17, wmii and whatever else if they want.... only one package to install and magic! Your distro name and icons change !
this does not explain new features.. please don't make low quality videos without voiceover that actually tells what the features are..

If you install KDE on Ubuntu it becomes KUbuntu. Nice vid though man. Peace

CPU:Athlon64 3200+ (but using 32bit version)
GPU:nVIDIA Geforce6600GT
MEM:1GB
Speed of work is not so much the same.
