  • DONT DO STRECHING BEFORE WORKOUT!!!!!!!! FIRST WORMUP,WORKOUT,AND THEN STRECHING....streching before can harm ur muscles when u lift

  • good, thoguht its not good to use weights for the same muscles each day i tihnk even if you stretch good case it leads to overtraining each muscle griup needs 48 hours to revocer on average
