You can see that when he has all four of the programs running; smoke, liquid, ocean, particle, that the liquid one is running about 70-80fps (2:38) while the particle one is running at ~20fps (2:47). Running 12 particle programs on a standard PC would probably be the death of it haha

I'd like to point out a "mistake" the presenter stated... saying that only the ASrock x58 motherboard can support 4x Tesla stream processor cards... this is simply not true as I'm running a Gigabyte brand motherboard which also takes 4 of those cards, along with 2x I7 CPU's and up to 128GB of DDR3 memory, 16x SATA2 devices, as well as the typical Realtek integrated audio and ethernet + USB2 host controllers.

It's not a new system either, it's 2 years old now!

@george3dmax Buying an extra 3000 bucks graphic card won't do much difference than the old cheap graphic card. These NVIDIA Tesla processor only benefits the calculation in which the CPU can't handle. The NVIDIA Quadro FX 5800 is for workstation graphic card, only use for company who needs advance calculations base on a certain 3D floating point. It isn't going to do much difference to make your game "Ultra monster-graphic eater" machine...
