The Ladder and Magnification were the renaissance period and swan-song for the Yes that had survived so much turmoil in the 1990s. Both were bursts of inspiration and summation of technique that deserved better than the meager sales they generated. As a capstone, the orchestral "Mag" sort of closes the circle started by their second album from the '60s. Each one of you reading...tell one person about Yes.
@triarii11 Yep, I usually post either a song , a concept, or an inspiration from the songs to facebook or in my blog each day. Do not want to force anything down someones throat or they will rebuke (puke) it back in their minds. Slow and easy..with a pure spirit of the love they sing of.
This is a great song from a great album (come on people buy it!) My humble interpretation of this song - is that if we turn our backs on the injustice in the world then we become part of it.....I think there is a subtle reference to the 'holocaust' however the song ends on a positive note ...crisis is no better opportunity for us to stand up as one people and perpetuate love not hatred. This song then links to the next song 'Soft as a dove'...which continus the healing theme.

I love this song. I think 'seeing through the eyes of child" is to see the world as, well, a child-- Innocent and pure~
