    I need to practice this first if I want to learn how to sing with my diaphragm =D

  • well, I can't think every sec on this. I forget about it and breath shallow and fast or forget breathing at all and then suddenly a deep breath and things like that. I have emphysema.

  • @Djalitana it wont matter that u forget when u first start doing this .. just practice regular and after a few yrs u will no longer have to think about it and will naturaly breath that way .. after 14 yrs of breathing this way i now have to try hard to breath using my chest :) it just feels un-natural ..

  • On Diaphragmatic Breathing you have to breath out from mouth or nose?
