  • One of the best music channels on YouTube. Awesome. Please keep it up.

  • Hi! Thank you so much for uploading this, It has really helped with the song. But, I can't seem to get all the notes for the B pentatonic riff...would you mind telling me what they are as it's my favourite part of the song!!

Hope this isn't too much trouble and thanks again for sharing your skill!!

  • Ben, you are the man.

  • could you please make a ribbon in the sky tutorial ???

  • Advanced chords! O.O

  • Please slow it down!

  • It is wonderful but don't you have a normal score. Coming from classical music it is quite difficult to grasp this writing and the rythm has to be guessed.

Anyway your video is great. Thank you.

  • Ive never heard this song before . Could someone tell me whats this song about .

  • Your horn riff transcription is off by a note. On the second beat of the second measure it should be B, A#, B. Check it out.

  • That was great! Can u do Mj beat it

  • Thank you Upload .

I added this movie to the collection of this tune in my brog.

  • I concur

  • Anybody else notice the similarity between this and Giant Steps? I'm not saying a huge similarity, because it's only in one key, B major (unlike GS) but you can see some of the II-V-I's in those three keys.

  • you should play with stevie you are 1 of the top 10 best piano players on youtube i wish you all the best and succes god bless you man keep up the good work and teach us more of what you know.

  • He's good, he's really good...

  • Great!...but why there is "Bsus9"? Piano plays d# -note, which is third of B-chord and "sus" dosn't have third?!

    Maybe "Badd9" is better?

  • @jusuuh... Thanks for that observation. The more correct way I should have written it was Bsus2. (the 2nd and the 9th being C#). By writing Bsus9/Bsus2 I want to raise the 1 or 8 being B to C# but not voice the dominant 7th (A). Voicing the 3rd has does not interrupt the sound of the raised 1 or 8. I believe you misread it as B9sus4 which would mean raising and omitting the 3rd (D#) and voicing the 4th (E) while also voicing the 5th(F#), dominant 7th(A) and 9th(C#).

  • @bgmusic2010 hey man im new at the piano and im doing a project for school and i really wanted to learn this song but your lesson is a little fast paced so i was wondering if you could slow it down and maybe do a step by step lesson. thanks

  • @bgmusic2010 "add 9" is actually more clear.

  • @jusuuh

Badd9 is better. I've seen B2 sometimes as well.

  • @bgmusic2010 I didn't understad everything, but chord has voices: b(1st), c#(2nd or 9th), d#(3rd) and f#(5th).

    Bsus2(or B2), has 2nd(c#), but not 3rd(d#). Badd9 has both(2nd & 3rd).

    That's why I would choose Badd9.

  • Muddoes! First piano lesson with jus the chords. So much better than stopping to talk bout each individual note. I love this tutorial

  • SLower please :)

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! XD new piano lesson for me!! :))

  • You are the man! I'm so deeply appreciative of this

  • Awesome, Thanks for sharing this!!
