Oh totally. My friend is a wrestler and his skill improved with trance work.

And of course it will help psionics. From my understanding psi comes from unconscious intention so trance work is a sure shot to improvement.

good job Charlie, love the induction technique. what I found useful when I learned the mind punch, instead of _asking_ "do you feel that?", I asked "you feel that, yes?", because then it would be a direct command to the subconscious mind. anyways, keep up the good work^^

I'm from New Zealand as well, something some of you may or may not be aware of hypnosis is now something scientifically and medically proven and verfiable with P.E.T brainscan I have a good book on the history of hypnosis by an investigative journalist.

This is good, But i wish i could believe hypnosis where they just say Sleep! i can believe most hypnosis to a certain extent but not that far, I believe this is real and i liked the way you made mistakes and you build up the atmosphere very nicely, the ending wasn't as great as i taught... :( Good work though, You nearly had it!

dude i tried this trick on my friends sister and she could feel me tapping on the shoulder when i wasn't but then she opened her eyes after the first coulple taps cuz she was confused (cuz shes only like 9). so i tried doing it again but the room wasnt quiet because of her other brother and she kept laughing. it didnt work the second time. she doesnt believe hypnosis works. maybe those were factors to my failure. i want to be able to do this. not to cause pain but for awesomeness purposes.

You could do a perfect shock induction by pushing the arms down or slapping them together. You deepening (arm drop) works eve better when you flick their arm down with your finger. The fact that the arm drops faster that the expected is a nice convincer and the shock of their arm plumeting down really helps as a deepener.

I'm in the process of shortening one as we speak.

But i might re film it because the girl in it wasn't super expressive of how crazy what was going on was and I've gotten much better responses so I'm thinking about doing it again so it'll be more believable. And yeah as far as carrying on goes...the one I'm about to upload would never have happened if I didn't keep with it because the first time I tried it i got no response at all
