  • Who is this fine young man sining Zack? Background, singer, musician, teacher....etc...

  • Yes we have Rev Paisley over here, Hes a great man of God, sadly he isnt in the best of health at the moment but I pray he gets back to full service for God again. What this old world needs is Revival, In 1859 we had revival sweep over Northern Ireland with well over 100,000 souls being saved. In 1904 there was Revival in Whales, O how we all wish to see times of Revival again. Sadly this world looks for happiness in sin instead of God.

  • In Spanish lenguage this tone we used in a Hymn for Communion, in spanish we called: Bendito sea Nuestro Padre Dios (Blessed our Father God).

  • Very good performance.

  • this is so so nice

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • Lovely.

  • Beautiful! Nice performance with sweet voice! Thanks for sharing with us!

  • John Calvin sure does get a bad rap. He was by far the most devoted in the history of the Church. It's easy in the 21st century to throw stones at Calvin, but no one does their homework of what life was in Europe during the 16th Century. If today's Calvin bashers lived in Calvin's time they would be either deceived by the Roman Papists or they would surely flee to Calvin's Geneva.

  • @NB3K LOL! I guess Calvin didn't get Thomas Jefferson's memo

  • Calvin was a great instrument in the hands of God. What a song and how it brings us near to God.

  • Beautiful song. Excellent performance.

  • Beautiful!

  • This is beautiful...thank you for sharing your God Given talent!

    Blessings

  • Five stars.

  • The soloist has a beautiful voice. The words are rich and deep.

    How sad it is that the leadership and many in the pews of the PCUSA do not believe in the theology John Calvin espoused, the Bible that he loved, or the meaning of the words of this song.

    I would like to personally thank the soloist for his wonderful presentation.

  • I greet Thee, who my sure Redeemer art,

    My only trust and Savior of my heart,

    Who pain didst undergo for my poor sake;

    I pray Thee from our hearts all cares to take.

    Thou art the King of mercy and of grace,

    Reigning omnipotent in every place;

    So come, O King, and our whole being sway;

    Shine on us with the light of Thy pure day.

  • John Calvin wrote the words. The tune is called Toulon which seems to be an abbreviated version of Old 124th. Both beautiful tunes.

  • Thanks, emjay. Spot on info. Thanks for tuning in.

  • That is lovely. did John Calvin write the lyrics or score?

  • Praise The Lord God!

  • Modestly Majestic!

  • Listening again. Thanks for posting, this is so beautiful. Wonderful message and very nice voice.

  • This is Great!

  • Wow!

  • Hi my name is Daniel from Northern Ireland great video and beautaful message. I was wandering may I use this soundtrack for a presentation that my church is doing in church and youtube for 500th anaversary of the birth of Calvin. A Great Man of God which in this day and age is hard to find.

  • @MEZ9999 Well don't you have Ian Paisley in Belfast? I love Ian Paisley! Listening him rant agaisnt the ROMANISTS give my Spirit fuel to stand up against the Modern Pelagian & Arminian! We live in an age where man is thought to hold his own keys to salvation by the proper use of his free will, and you know a lil bit of grace. I stand and proclaim like Spurgeon that SALVATION IS ALL OF GRACE ONLY TO THOSE WHOM GOD FOREORDAINED AND FORELOVED BEFORE THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE WORLD!!!

  • Excellent!

  • Beautiful song, beautiful message
